Domestic returns and exchanges

We understand there may be occasions where you wish to return an item. That is why we offer a 14 day return policy, so if for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it, in its original condition, within 14 days of the date you received it. Any refund does not include the shipping charged for sending the item(s) to you. Any return for a refund to the original form of payment will be subject to a shipping and handling fee which covers the return shipping costs that will be deducted from the refund amount. If you choose to receive your refund in the form of a gift card, the return shipping and handling fee will be waived. We do NOT offer exchanges. If you need a different size, please first return the item + place a new order. All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet these requirements. Please allow up to 10 business days (Monday – Friday) from the date your return is delivered to process your return.
